At JEYANCIE Beauty, your satisfaction matters to us. Due to the nature of our handmade body care products, we do not accept returns. However, we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible and will review return or exchange requests on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility for Return Consideration
To be eligible for return review, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original, unopened packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
We do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products under any circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items Include:
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care products marked as final sale
- Discounted items, clearance, or promotional bundles
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email support@jeyanciebeauty.com within 5 business days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Partial Refunds May Be Granted:
- If the returned item is not in its original condition
- If it is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank—there is often processing time before a refund appears

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. All sale, promotional, or discounted items are final sale and non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@jeyanciebeauty.com before sending any items back.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return is approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
