Order Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will begin processing the next business day.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–7 business days
  • Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update. While we strive to meet these timelines, shipping may be delayed due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website or at checkout.

International Shipping & Duties

JEYANCIE Beauty currently ships internationally to Canada and Australia.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on applicable fees before placing your order. Customs processing times can vary and may delay your delivery. JEYANCIE Beauty is not responsible for customs-related delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date at support@jeyanciebeauty.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue.

JEYANCIE Beauty is not liable for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received. In such cases, please reach out directly to the carrier to initiate a claim.

PO Boxes

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout.
